We’ve supported local pet nonprofits from day one.

We’re proud and grateful to have contributed $1.6 million to Central Texas animal nonprofits and local events since we opened in 2012.

Most of that figure was directed towards free medical services for pet organizations. Our partners promote animal compassion and prevent homelessness. They train support dogs for children, seniors, and veterans. They offer low-cost healthcare. Overall, they love and protect dogs and cats as much as we do.

The free medical care helps their pets prepare for adoption and a good life with forever families.

Our generosity is made possible by clients like you, who enable us to give back to the community we hold dear. Thank you for being a part of this meaningful journey!

Our Awards

The Austin Chamber of Commerce/Austin Gives named Firehouse Animal Health Centers as a medium-sized business honoree in 2019 and 2020. Firehouse won the medium-sized category in 2021.

The Austin Humane Society nominated Firehouse for 2023 Outstanding Philanthropic Corporation of the Year at the Philanthropy Day Awards. Dr John Faught accepted and thanked the real heroes — shelters like Austin Humane Society — who help our community pets day-in and day-out.
